The General overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nation, (SCOAN) Prophet TB Joshua has reacted to the instruction of the government to ban large gatherings in the state.
Prophet TB Joshua, in one of his broadcast on Emmanuel TV, had predicted the coronavirus will be over by March 27.
Reacting to the ban on public gatherings which directly affects churches like SCOAN with large numbers, the SCOAN overseer admonished the people to listen to their government.
Quoting the book of Romans Chapter 13, he said the government are authorities established by God.
He said, “Viewers, listen to your government and obey the instructions given to you. For example, instructions concerning gathering at this time. They are authorities established by God (Romans 13).
“A good Christian is a good citizen. Whatever life brings, you are not alone. We are on our knees praying for you and your nation. God bless you as you obey. Jesus is Lord!
Both Lagos and Ogun state government had put a restriction on public gatherings in the two states with more states in the country also making restrictions.
