A Zambian lady has reportedly dragged her boyfriend to court for wasting her time by dating her for 8 years without marrying her.
The Lady 26-year-old lady identified as Gertrude Ngoma told a Zambian court that her boyfriend of 8 years, Herbert Salaliki had no intention of marrying her and she has run out of patience waiting for him to walk her down the aisle.
A report by Mwebantu, a Zambia news publisher revealed Gertrude, who already has a baby with her boyfriend is still living with her parents.
The report further revealed Herbert has paid her dowry but he is yet to officially tie the knot with his baby mama who has since run out of patience with him.
“He has never been serious, that is why I bought him to court because I deserve to know the way forward and our future,” she said.
It was also reported that more trouble ensued after Gertrude discovered Herbert was involved in a relationship with another woman therefore casting an aspersion on his loyalty.

Herbert, in his defense, said he cannot afford a wedding now, also blaming his baby mama for not giving him enough time and attention.
The judge advised the two parties to seek reconciliation as there is no evidence of a marriage.
