King Paul Udoh, an Italy based Nigerian footballer has been announced to be the first footballer to be diagnosed with the dreaded coronavirus.
Hundreds of people are currently battling for survival with many dead after the outbreak of the deadly coronavirus which began in China around December 2019.
22-year-old King Paul Udoh was confirmed to be carrying the virus on Thursday, February 2. He has since being quarantined and receiving necessary treatments.
Until now, King Paul was playing for Pianese, an Italian third division team.
