Two More Suspected Cases of Coronavirus in Found Lagos

The man, whose identity has is yet to be known was coughing excessively when he has approached by authorities at the airport.

After the dreaded Coronavirus (COVID-19) was brought into Nigeria by an Italian, two more suspected cases have been recorded in Lagos, according to a report by Vanguard.

According to the report, one of the suspected cases of COVID-19 who is a Chinese man was isolated on arrival at the Muritala Mohammed International Airport upon arrival.

The man, whose identity has is yet to be known was coughing excessively when he has approached by authorities at the airport.

The Chinese man, according to a source is currently at the isolation centre in Yaba, Lagos.

“The Chinese is now under observation at the Mainland Hospital Quarantine Centre in Yaba,” the source said.

The Lagos state government has started looking into his travel history and contacts as more health workers have been stationed to all entry ports and borders.
